The Polymer Research Center at the University of Basrah, in collaboration with the Technology Incubator Unit, participated in the Scientific Achievements Exhibition held during the University’s Foundation Day celebrations. The center presented a range of research innovations and industrial applications, reflecting its efforts in developing advanced polymeric materials that meet both local and global needs.

The exhibition featured composite materials, eco-friendly polymers, and smart materials designed for medical and industrial applications, as well as postgraduate research projects aimed at strengthening scientific production and linking academic research with industrial practice.

The center’s administration emphasized that this participation represents an important step toward integrating scientific research with technological entrepreneurship, highlighting the role of the Technology Incubator Unit in supporting innovative ideas and transforming research outcomes into practical projects that benefit the university and society.
